Finnish Wind Band Association (registered association) SPOL was founded in Tampere in 1977 to support Finnish wind music. Spreading out information about wind music and publishing music have been the basic activities of the union since the beginning. Today the union has extensive networks. SPOL participates with a variety of organizations together in organizing events and doing advocacy on a wide front with other organizations.
Our membership services include the transmission of the sheet music, badges and rewards, events, education, puhallinmusiikki.fi website, international contacts and counseling in various themes concerning music. As a member of the Kansalaisfoorumi, we are able to provide a variety of support for our members.
